We get to keep the Eurocup!

Valencia Basket has done it yet again, winning the Eurocup for the fourth time at a match sponsored by Pamesa Cerámica at La Fonteta Stadium, where it beat Alba Berlin by 89-63. The orange team got over a bad start, putting into play a brilliant defence right from the fifth minute and soon starting to pull ahead.

Under the slogan FOC IS COMING and the hashtag #DefensemLaFonteta, the team emphasized the importance of being able to play at its home stadium in the 7Days Eurocup.

Pamesa Cerámica, the match’s official sponsor, got together a kit for fans to support their team on a par with this major event. Two hours before the match started, fans began to gather by the players’ entrance, with the first 200 receiving an exclusive T-shirt commissioned by Pamesa Cerámica to mark the finals of the 2017 7DAYS EuroCup.

8,000 customized plastic hand clappers with the logo of Pamesa Cerámica were put on the spectators’ seats to build up the atmosphere when the ball was in play. Once again, fire played an important role in allusion to the series Game of Thrones, with big columns of fire accompanying the names of Valencia Basket’s players–the evening’s star protagonists–as they flashed up on the screen.

During the timeouts, Pamesa once again played an active role, organizing games and activities with prizes like sports cameras.
