• Contact form or other company means of contact: Initially to answer your enquiries, requests, comments, questions, complaints or any other concern you make known to us through the contact form. 
• ‘Work with us’ form: To manage your application and your participation in current and future selection processes. To make your data known to companies from PAMESA Group in order to manage your participation in current and future selection processes organized by the said companies.
• Blog: To manage your participation in the blog.

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the channels described in point 7. Please note that your opposition to the data being processed in a certain way and the withdrawal of your consent do not have retroactive effects.

Pamesa Cerámica Compactto S.L.U. shall store and manage granted consents in order to comply with its legal obligations and to demonstrate that the processing of your data, authorized through the obtainment of your consent, complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation

Depending on the form you completed, the following types of data are processed:

• ‘Work with us’ form:

  • • Identifying details: name, surnames, ID card no., address (street, door, number, postcode, province, town/city and country), telephone no. and e-mail address.
  • • Personal data: sex, date of birth, country of birth.
  • • Specially protected data: disability level.
  • • Academic and professional data: language proficiency and employment experience (sector, company, start and end date, department and post).
  • • Data relating to social circumstances: driving licenses.
  • • Job details: department and post.

4. To whom will your data be made known?

To carry out all the above, Pamesa Cerámica Compactto S.L.U. counts on the collaboration of third-party service suppliers who are able to access the personal data in the execution of the commissioned services. Pamesa Cerámica Compactto S.L.U. applies strict selection criteria in the appointment of these third parties in order to comply with its data-protection obligations, and it signs a corresponding data-protection agreement with them in which these third parties undertake to fulfil their data-protection obligations and, specifically, to comply with certain legal, technical and organizational measures when processing your personal data for the agreed purposes. Likewise, they undertake not to process the said data for other purposes or to disclose it to other third parties.
If you rogrant your consent, the data obtained from the ‘Work with us’ form may be made known to companies from PAMESA Group (you can find out which companies belong to PAMESA Group by sending an e-mail to lopd@pamesa.com) in order to assess your application as a candidate in current and future selection processes by different companies fm the group. When necessary, if required by the public authorities in the exercise of their lawful functions in accordance with applicable legislation,  Pamesa Cerámica Compactto S.L.U. may also disclose data of a personal nature and any other user information.

 

5. How long do we keep your data?

Once intended purposes been achieved or in situations in which you withdraw your consent for the data to be processed, Pamesa Cerámica Compactto S.L.U. shall comply with the legislation in force concerning its duty to erase such data, solely disclosing it to magistrates and law courts, the Public Prosecution Service or the competent Public Authorities for the determination of any possible liabilities derived from the processing of the data and only during the limitation periods for the said liabilities. On conclusion of these deadlines, the data shall be erased once and for all using reliable means.
